J. Stewart Burns wrote this episode, his first of eight, where Fry becomes an emperor by accidentally drinking the previous emperor, and I might've gone with a C+ but when he has to cry out his predecessor, his friends beat him up, for hours!  The episode is notable for what I believe is the introduction of Professor Farnsworth's catchphrase "Good news, Everyone...," although Bender rather than he delivers the punchline.

Danny Jacobs does his first of five uncredited voices.  This time Vanzo co-directed with Kevin O'Brien.
