Although I didn't get every joke in this fourth season story by David A. Goodman (his only one for Futurama, although he did write for Star Trek: Enterprise), I enjoyed the ST cast poking fun at themselves.  And, yes, Kirk and Leela make out.  This is the second of two Futurama episodes Patty Shinagawa directed.
