In this episode, we meet Sidney's sister Jennifer (Fiona Button) and some of their mutual friends, who are posher. Two crimes are committed in one night, or so it seems. The truth is more complicated, as it is about the engagement of Sidney's sort of girlfriend Amanda. This episode is arguably both funnier and gorier than the premiere, so I'm going to stay with a B+ for now.
Greg Lowe makes his first of four appearances as Sandy, while Tom Austen debuts as Amanda's fiance, Guy Hopkins, and Pip Torrens first appears as Amanda's father, Sir Edward Kendall. Ukweli Roach would return once as Johnny Johnson, Jennifer's accused boyfriend. Al Weaver would definitely become a regular, as Sidney's assistant Leonard Finch.
