Both IMDB and Wikipedia list there as being only six episodes for Series One, when the set has ten episodes and it makes sense that there be ten weeks, especially when the judges disagree this week over whether to eliminate Kate or Richard and instead spare both.  I thought Kate was a goner early on but at this point, there are no obvious losers, since everyone has good weeks and bad.
