Again, a language difference, as I'd assumed that "pudding" meant "dessert" but it seems to mean a particular type of dessert, not necessarily pudding in the American sense but certainly something soft.  I'd picked Norman, the unimaginative older man, as the next to go, but then Iain had his meltdown with Baked Alaska in the hot weather.  I know reality TV is somewhat staged, but it's good drama watching the other cooks' reactions to him chucking his pudding in the bin.  Note that I'm sort of rooting for Martha, the 17-year-old who looks a little like a young Kirsten Dunst.
